Owners Julia and Peter Plourde
Julia and Peter started North Conway Property Management to fulfil their dream of living in the mountains. Together they have more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Julia and Peter are both vacation rental owners, Super hosts with Airbnb, and Keller Williams Realtors. Using their experiences they aim to create an unforgettable guest experience and they strive to do the same for you as the property owner. When they are not managing vacation rentals, Julia and Peter are both avid trail runners, snow shoers, and enjoying all that the White Mountains have to offer.
Team Leader Hannah
Hannah has a Business Management and Environmental Science degree from Simmons University. She values outdoor education and spent several years teaching children about the outdoors and nature. Now she is a Team Leader for North Conway Property Management. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and biking throughout the Whites in her free time.
Wellness Leader Ellie
Ellie is a weimaraner pitbull mix who loves her parents, her special orange toy, chasing the cats, and exploring in the woods. She assists the North Conway Property team by keeping the moral high by providing lots of puppy hugs and kisses.
